Our Vision

We return whats whole, to food that feeds the gut, calms the nerves, and hydrates the cells and honors the simple alchemy of fermentation, intention, through intentional and unique gathering.

Inspired by the element of Restoration. Salt is life’s first medicine. It carries the memory of the ocean, the minerals of the earth, the rythm of the tide. It draws out, preserves, restores. SALT CURED is devoted to creating a unique immersive experience through all senses and togetherness.

Philosophy of Salt Cured

Salt Cured is built on the values we live by every day. Our choices, our relationships, and everything we create are rooted in connection, intention, and an uncompromising commitment to quality. Guided by a deep respect for the land, our community, and every ingredient in its most natural form, we believe that food is meant to nourish, bring people together, and tell a story.

Locally Sourced Ingredients

Salt Cured honours the simple power of whole foods. Every dish is handcrafted from scratch using premium, seasonal ingredients sourced locally whenever possible, free from refined oils, refined sugars, and processed foods.

Presence and Purpose

Salt Cured creates intentional spaces for people to gather, slow down, and reconnect with the land that nourishes us, the food that brings us together, and one another. Through private events and long table dinners, every experience is designed to tell a story and remind us that genuine connection is something to be shared, not consumed.
